Aphidoletes aphidimyza
APHIDEND is a small (2.5mm) fly-like insect called a gall midge. The adult gall midge is active only at night. It finds aphids by their smell and lays its eggs in the aphid colony. When the larvae hatch from the eggs they attack and eat many aphids. APHIDEND attacks a wide range of aphid species and is especially effective when aphid colonies are present. APHIDEND is easy to apply simply open the bottle and place it near your aphid infestations. Please try to keep the bottle away ants. APHIDEND should be applied at a minimum of one pupa per square foot.
